Excellent setting, big size rooms, everything was nice. Staff was very amiable and efficient, helped us with everything.

The rooms here are really nice and quiet, making for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location is awesome - right next to the airport 🛫, with easy access to public transport to get to downtown Chicago and tons of shops.

Alot of stores around, very convenient.

Feels like a vas neighborhood since the police are always driving up and down the streets with the sirens on. Also the hotel staff did not clean the room well and forgot to leave us the shower towels

The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient, in a nice area.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would definitely come back there. It was in a great location close to retail stores.

A lot off noice in the hallway at Night time, the smell in the room, did't fell safe.

Very Very Very Dirty and maybe unsafe place!

The rooms at this place are impressive, featuring a comfortable king-size bed, clean mattresses, and a television.

Horrible place they save on every thing unssanitary. Gross

The fact that they offer a shuttle to the airport, but with a 10$/person cost. At our arrival the staff and security guard were nice and understanding of our situation with our delayed flight.

After taking a taxi to the Melrose because no one answered my inquiries about the shuttle, we got here around 12h20 am because our flight was delayed. Uppon arrival, we were told that our reservation had been cancelled at midnight, when we explained our situation to the people at the front desk, one of the receptionist's said they would try and accomodate us. She and the security guard were very friendly though.The hotel in itself is unclean, many stains on the carpets, would also need a fresh paint job. When we got to the room, again stained carpet, dirty washroom without towels but at least the sheets seemed clean. Would not stay here again, spend the extra cash for cleaner facilities.

Staff was very friendly and provided us with central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. The a double room was large. There was a bathtub. It was comfy in good area.

We had a great time here, no complaints at all! 😊 Stayed for just 3 nights due to a tight schedule, but everything was on point. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel locate near O'hare airport, which is about 10min from the airport. Cleanses is not so bad.

WiFi worked only around the front.

The Receptionist that checked me in was very professional, friendly and helpful. And the Hotel driver that took me to the airport was also pleasant and forthcoming.

It would be ideal for the hotel to hire professional interior decorators to redo the poor effort made by armatures, to redecorate the rooms and bathrooms. Also it would be nice for the hotel to respond to guest's requests whether they can be meet or not.

The rooms were quiet and large, with stain-free mattresses and a king-size bed. All the staff members were helpful and efficient in resolving my issues. - the location was comfy and excellent for me, being so close to the airport and retail stores.
